Navigation

Use the main menu button in the upper-left corner of the screen to navigate in Direct Spaces. Your system administrator can customize the labels. In your environment the label might appear differently, such as Create Meeting or My Bookings.

From the main menu, you can access the following options:

• Profile: View and edit your profile and app information.

• AI Agent: Open the AI agent to schedule and manage meetings through queries and commands.

• Create Event: Create new bookings.

• Approve Event: Space managers can review, approve, or cancel a booking.

• My Events: View your scheduled bookings.

• Act As Another User: Create reservations and bookings on behalf of another user.

• Search: Find reservations, locations and people.
